Elderberry Syrup Gummies

Gummies are a fun and healthful way to take your daily Elderberry syrup. Gelatin is great for your joints and kids love it! You can easily make your Elderberry Syrup gummies at home following this simple recipe.

Here's what you need...

  • Ice cube trays or silicon molds.

  • 1 cup Elderberry Syrup

  • ¼ cup gelatin powder. Preferably organic.

  • ½ cup hot, but not boiling water

 

Steps:
  1. Place ¼ cup of room temperature elderberry syrup in a 2 cup measuring cup and quickly whisk in the gelatin powder to temper it.

  2. Add the ½ cup of hot (not boiling) water and stir quickly until smooth.

  3. Add the rest of the elderberry syrup and stir completely smooth.

  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for an hour or two or until firm.

  5. Pop out of molds and store in airtight container.

Take daily as an immune support and for joint health. Will last up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container.
