Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipes

Standard Instructions for all dressings:

  1. Shake all ingredients for your chosen variation together in a tightly-lidded container OR whisk together in a small bowl.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Shake again then dress salad as desired.


    2 tbsp - Sumac Infused Vinegar
    2 tbsp - blueberry syrup or jelly
    1 tbsp - canola or sunflower oil

    ** This recipe would also be great with our Rosehip Infused Vinegar

    3 tbsp - Extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp - Fire Cider Infused Vinegar
    1 tsp  - Dijon mustard
    tsp  - Honey

    3 tbsp - Extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp - Wild Leek Herbal Vinegar
    A pinch of salt and pepper - use our Wild Salt if you have it


    3 tbsp - Extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp - White Pine Infused Vinegar
    2 tbsp - Mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream
    1 tbsp - Grated Parmesan cheese
    8 tsp - Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

    2 tbsp  - Rosehip Herbal Vinegar
    2 tbsp  - Extra virgin olive oil
    ½ cup  - Plain Greek yogurt
    1 tsp   - Onion powder (optional, I don't always have this on hand)
    1-2 tbsp  - Honey
    2 tsp  - Poppy seeds
    A pinch of salt and pepper - to taste

    This dressing is best made in advance and served chilled and totally works on fruit salads!
