Our 'Wildfire' is inspired by a traditional herbal recipe called 'fire cider tonic' that infuses vinegar with very pungent immune-supporting and antibacterial herbs.

Try this delicious and flavourful infused vinegar in salad dressings, marinades, drizzled on steamed veggies or even in a hot toddy cocktail or lemon ginger tea. It also makes a wonderful addition to Caesars. See the recipes below!

Wondering where to buy fire cider? look no further!

Apple cider vinegar with extracts of onion*, ginger**, garlic*, horseradish***, jalapeno pepper*, cayenne pepper*, turmeric**, thyme*, balsam fir***.

Shake before use as sedimentation is natural. Once opened this vinegar will last a year in your pantry. For a fresher flavour, keep it in your fridge.

Wildfire Hot Toddy Recipe:

  • 1/4 ounce honey (or more, to taste)
  • 3/4 ounce Wildfire Cider
  • 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey, mezcal, or tequila reposado {optional}
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • Lemon slice
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Muddle lemon slice in the bottom of mug. Combine the honey, Wildfire Cider, and liquor in a mug on top of lemon slice. Top with hot water and stir.

Customers in the Muskoka area are welcome to arrange pick-up of their parcels and save on shipping. You MUST contact me at least 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up.
