Blueberry & Spruce Shrub
Shrubs are a colonial style concentrated drink mix of fruit, sugar & vinegar. They are rich and flavorful. Perfect for making healthy sodas & cocktails.
We make our Blueberry & Spruce Shrub using frozen Canadian wild blueberries so we can make our small batch shrub all year. We use our Spruce Tip infused apple cider vinegar and organic cane sugar to create this concentrated drink mix that is refreshing and perfect for fire or dockside.
Ingredients: cane sugar*, apple cider vinegar with spruce extract**, wild blueberries+.

Soda Instructions: pour 1/2-3/4 oz (15-22mL) into a glass and top with sparkling water and ice.
These small batch shrubs will last about 3 months after opening. Each bottle makes approximately 12 drinks.

½ crème de cassis
2 oz ginger beer
¼ dropper Forest Fire bitters
Lemon balm or mint sprig for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice. Add bitters and
garnish with lemon balm or mint sprig.
