This formula features the unique flavours of several species of wild cherry such as Aronia Berry and Chokecherry perfectly paired with Niagara Tart Cherry concentrate. The sweet fruit is balanced with sour Rosehips and aromatic rose petals. This product is magic in a bottle is sure to elevate your drink experience. Made with only the finest foraged and local ingredients, this bitters will add a unique touch to your creations.

Wild Heart Spritz
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Tart Cherry Juice
2 dropper Wild Cherry & Rose Bitters
3 oz Prosecco
Sparkling Water
Rose Sugar for garnish
-Rim a champagne flute with Rose Petal sugar
-combine elderflower liquer, cherry juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled
-carefully pour into glass and top with Prosecco and sparkling water

Our WILD BITTERS are a part of the movement to bring back craft cocktails. We use wildcrafted ingredients, high-quality organic herbs in our bitters. They are formulated using traditional herbal knowledge and attention to providing flavours applicable to modern craft cocktails. Being alcohol extracts bitters will last for many years, but over time the flavours will change. Enjoy your craft bitters!
We are a small rural business. We do everything by hand from foraging wild plants to shipping orders from a small village. Please note that it may take up to a week to ship out your order. We will do our best to get it out as soon as possible, but we hope you'll find our products worth the wait. If you need your order shipped asap please message me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Standard shipping is via Canada Post Regular Parcel. You will be provided with a Tracking Number when the item is shipped. If you would rather me ship your item with through an alternate service contact me and I will try and accommodate your needs. Customers in the Muskoka area are welcome to arrange pick-up of their parcels and save on shipping. You MUST contact me at least 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up.
