Strawberry & Sumac Shrub

Shrubs are a concentrated syrup of fruit, sugar & vinegar. They are rich and flavorful. Perfect for making healthy sodas & cocktails.

We make our Strawberry & Sumac Shrub using local strawberries we pick at their peak from a local ecological farm and fresh-freeze them so we can make our small batch shrub all year. We use our Sumac infused apple cider vinegar and organic cane sugar to create this concentrated drink mix that tastes like summer.

Ingredients: cane sugar*, apple cider vinegar with Sumac extract*, Strawberries**.

* Certified Organic

** Locally grown (untreated)

Soda Instructions: pour 1/2-3/4 oz (15-22mL) into a glass and top with sparkling water and ice.

These small batch shrubs will last about 3 months after opening. Each bottle makes approximately 12 drinks.

So refreshing

I love this with just sparkling water but once I awhile I pour a little on my ice cream or use it as a drizzle on top of whipped cream for strawberry shortcake with the spruce tip sugar!

Love all your uses Wendy! Thanks for sharing
